Shipping policy

Shipping Info: 

 

Our Fulfillment center is currently located in Los Angeles, California and is fully operational through Covid-19.  Please allow a few extra days for shipping due to the pandemic for the product to arrive at your desired location.  We truly thank you for your understanding and we will keep you updated directly through email.  



FAQ: 

How long does it take for the product to arrive at my location?

 

  1. If “Express” shipping is chosen, the product will arrive within 2-3 business days from date of purchase.
  2. If “Regular” shipping is chosen, the product will arrive within 3-10 business days from date of purchase.
  3. If “International” shipping is chosen plese allow for up to 14 business days from date of purchase for the product to arrive to the desired location. 

 

How long after my order is placed will my item be shipped out?

 

  1. If order is placed before 3:00PM EST, your product will be shipped out same-day.  If ordered after 3:00PM EST, your product will be shipped out the next business day.
  2. If order is placed on a holiday, the product will be shipped out within the next business day. 

 

Can an order be cancelled?

 

The only way an order can be cancelled is if it is done within 30 minutes of purchase.  After that we can not accept cancellations.  We can accept returns, once the item arrives at your desired location, we will then offer a shipping label for you to return the product.  

 

Once the product is shipped, a tracking code will be provided to you directly through your email.  If there are any issues with retrieving the tracking code, please contact us and we will get you the code immediately.  

 

If the item says delivered yet can not be found, please contact your local post office providing them with the tracking number.  If the item is lost or damaged from there, we will immediately replace it with a brand new product.  

 

Doze is not responsible for any issues to your product 24 hours after it has been delivered.  If the item does not work or is broken on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date and we will provide you with a brand new item.
